I will be at Toronto Outdoor Art Exhibition this weekend with all of my art for sale along with 350 other artists. The Toronto Outdoor Art Exhibition runs July 6, 7, and 8 from 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Nathan Philips Square in Downtown Toronto.
My Booth (291) will be located between the stage and City Hall (please see map). Nathan Phillips Square is a city square that forms the front (south) entrance to Toronto City Hall at Queen Street West and Bay Street. The address is 100 Queen Street West.
Located at 100 Queen Street West, Nathan Phillips Square is easily accessed by the TTC Queen street car (501), the Yonge Line subway (exit Queen station) or the University line (exit Osgoode Station).
BIG on Bloor Festival
Saturday July 21st and Sunday July 22nd, 2012, from 1 to 9 pm. I will be showcasing my art at the BIG on Bloor Festival.
Bloor Street from Dufferin to Lansdowne celebrates local business, community, arts and culture with a unique community and city-building festival. The festival features hundreds of events, activities and exhibitions.
I have just completed my latest painting which is as yet untitled. It is based on a photo from Nils Blondon of a homeless man which I think is fabulous. I used pixel hearts to create this painting, the message being that we all deserve love, no matter where we are in life. Medium:
Acrylic on Canvas
Size: 36″ x 36″
