For many years I resisted doing yoga. Friends of mine would always invite me to try and for some reason I held back. Over the Christmas holidays I finally started and have found that I am now doing it every day. Each morning I will do it for 5 minutes or so as soon as I wake up and in the evening I will do a routine for one hour or so. Usually I will do an Eoin Finn video, and he has some great videos. What I am finding is that my core (mid section) is the weakest part of me, and I am held back from many poses because of this weakness. So for now, core work and balance exercises are what I am concentrating on.
