I received an email from the Grateful Dead today that was addressed, Dear Dead Head. May seem silly but it made me smile, where else can you receive such a casual greeting and it is perfectly accepted. The email was for my personalized copy of the new Europe 72 full tour box set which is coming up and that made their website crash from all the responses… Even with the big mess up, I still want it, I’m glad they let me reserve a personalized copy of it.
